TrustPower Limited Bonds Offer ( 7-year bond 8.00% p.a.)
NB: Five year bonds are now all allocated. Seven Year bonds still available.

The senior bonds are direct, unsecured, unsubordinated debt obligations of TrustPower Limited and are offered in two tranches:
5-year bonds:    maturing 15 December 2014 at 7.60% p.a.
7-year bonds:    maturing 15 December 2016 at 8.00% p.a.
Interest will be paid quarterly on 15 March, 15 June, 15 September, 15 December each year until maturity.
Minimum application amount  is $5,000 and in multiples of $1,000 thereafter.
Offer closes 18 December.
